Orders are usually processed and shipped from our offices in the UK within 12 – 24 hours of receipt. The offices are usually open Monday to Friday 10.00a.m. to 4.00 p.m excluding weekends and UK bank holidays. Delivery is anticipated to be no more than:
1 – 3 working days. (First Class mail service used for most packages). UK is defined as: England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales, Channel Islands and all BFPO addresses. For deliveries to the Republic of Ireland.
Delivered by Royal Mail International Service, air-mail. It usually takes 4 – 5 days to Europe and 6 days to the rest of the world, however, delivery might take longer depending on customs practices in your country.

If you live overseas and do not receive your goods within 3-4 weeks of placing your order please contact us.
We regret that we are unable to accept returns of opened product due to the ease of copying product and our obligation to protect artist royalties. Be assured that your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us and to help you select music that is right for the listening purposes you have in mind, music clips are provided on our web site. We are also happy to offer advice to help you in you choice, and you are welcome to e-mail us or call during office hours. Thank you for your understanding.
Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment you may return unopened, unused CDs purchased from MG Music Ltd. for any reason, for a full refund (minus shipping costs). The item must be unopened, in its original shrink wrap and in resaleable condition. Refunds cannot be issued for damaged or opened CDs. In the case of defective merchandise, we will replace the item with a new copy of the same item. Your refund will be in the same form of payment originally used for purchase. Please note that shipping costs can be refunded only if the return is a result of our error. Otherwise they will be deducted from your refund.
